It’s been a few weeks since embarking on this journey. The search is not about me hoping to find but about me hoping to join the fight with those whose paths I cross. I’ve always thought myself to be the understanding kind, the kind that doesn’t judge or ridicule those who suffer from depression but, upon reading up on the myths about depression I realised that I have also been guilty on one or more occasions of misunderstanding depression.

Reading through all the available information can be overwhelming and even more confusing for us lay men what with the medical jargon and all that. I found an article on The Huffington Post South Africa which was helpful that I’d like to share with you.  Please find link below.
